Shipping policy
Delivery Information
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Those are the only two countries we serve at the moment.
Timing
Orders come in until 5:00 PM Pacific. Anything placed after that gets picked up the following business day.
- Packing and dispatch: 1 to 2 business days
- In transit: 4 to 8 business days
- Total: 5 to 10 business days
Same window whether you're in Texas or Toronto. We only dispatch Monday through Friday, so an order placed Saturday starts moving Monday morning.
Cost
Free. Every order, both countries, no minimum spend. Canadian orders have duties and import taxes covered by us, so there's nothing to pay when your parcel shows up.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves. Give the link a day to start showing scans, since carriers don't always update right away.
Delays and address problems
Sometimes a parcel sits longer than it should. If you're past 10 business days and tracking hasn't moved, email us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Please check your shipping address before you pay. If a parcel bounces back because the address was incomplete or wrong, we'll get in touch, confirm the correct one, and send it out again.
